Phone booked in and returned with a cracked screen

I booked a 9780 BB phone. problem was the escape button that was stuck. I wasn't even given a loan phone and they kept mine for almost 21 days and when I received a phone there were cracks on the screen. I booked it back in and the consultant from Cell C festival Mall made a note that? t was booked in not for the cracked screen but it came back with the cracks. I later received a quote of R608.82 (CLC963359). I called repairs and a consultant gave me an attitude and told me that there's nothing he can do about it, he said for the phone to be repaired I need to pay this money, he even hang up on me. I am not happy with the after sales support from Cell C. if only I knew when I bought this phone from FNB that they were gonna hand it to Cell C to fix I wouldn't have bought it there. I hate Cell C and I won't even recommend it to any of my family and friends.
