A data bundle, that is all I ask

This is my second report on this pathetic "service" provider. I have now been waiting 2 days for the data bundle to be loaded after the initial SMS stated that it will take up to 24 hours for it to be loaded. Yesterday I phoned the call centre and the lady advised that she escalated the matter. TOday I still have NO data bundle so I called the call centre AGAIN (holding for at lease 8 minutes!!), the lady taking my call advised that the IT department STILL has not loaded the bundle - really!? HOw difficult can it be?? It is clear from all the other complaints that your "system" is NOT WORKING! Please listen to your customer and change it? Or maybe this delay in actually getting the bundle loaded is your manner of milking that extra buck out of your customers? When an account is in arrears it is no more than 10mins then your line gets cut-WHY must I wait up to 3 days to receive a service which I PAID FOR???! This is shocking, I wonder if your exco ever reads all the complaints about their company on here - if I sat on the exco, I would be seriously worried! Shocking service with no delivery - the day that my contract expires cannot come quick enough!
