Cell C
Waiting 23 days for approval for contract

I applied for a new contract on the 1st of May, after waiting for 10 days i phoned to find out what was going on. I was told that my contract was cancelled. It then came out that they had swopped my name and surname around but never contacted me. This was then corrected, but i am still waiting. No one has let me kow what is going on. Its been 23 days now. I left Vodacom due to bad service, but Cell C seems to be following the same course.
