Autopage Cellular is charging me 4grand for data usage that apparently i didnt ask for.
i got a Samsung S4 but previously i had a blackberry. i asked them to give e 1gig of data per month to do my work on.but now they are charging me for "unbilled internet usage" when i went to the head office they said that i dont have my data but when i went to a sub store in greenstone mall they approved that i have 1gig of data per month. i refuse to pay this because of their mess up and bad service to their customers. i have been battling and fighting with them for the past 3 months now trying to sort this out but still nothing has been done.
this is unaccpetable. i refuse to deal with autopage ever again after or if this gets sorted out. to this day its still not sorted out.
i have heard alot of complaints about Autopage Cellular and its about time someone says something.
