Biling informarion leads to pathetic service

My phone bill since starting my contract with you has been in the region of R600 a month which is completely perfect.
This month my service gets shut off without any warning or explanation until I phoned and spoke to your extremelly helpful help desk who informed me my phone bill was sitting on R1800 no other explanation as to why. I then asked for a itemised statement/bill to see what the story was, Im still waiting from last week...
I eventually managed to stay logged in on MTN active long enough to get some sort of information: My packet Switched Data Calls is sitting on R1149.87 Which seems HUGELY exessive, I realise I am out of my 150mb but your Out of bundle rates cannot be that exorbitant!
I phoned a second time to now request a statement again as I want to see where this data has gone to or ANY explanation... Still waiting
I phoned a third time to find out the rates, Get cut off
I phoned a fourth time, speak to a lady who is ONLY trying to sell me a 2gb Data bundle not remotely interested in helping me find out what the rates are for out of bundle data usage
I have left a msg on FB still no explination or information... This is PATHETIC!
