MTN: POOR SERVICE

17 May 2013 I received poor customer service from MTN call centre agents. I am experiencing network problems (Network not Available) using Samsung S2, phone does not make calls or connect to the internet.
I called 173 spoke with Asanda Dyomfana re fno 662625027.
Since the phone was still not working, I called again Nonkuleko Nkosi answered I gave her my REF NO she wanted me to explain my problem, asked her to transfer me to Asanda. She told me they are lots of Asanda She then began to be aggressive and very rude and drooped the phone.
Dudu Ntsele I requested to speak with the supervisors.
The supervisor Thandiwe Hlongwana called me back she was very helpful, polite and professional. REF SMC/00003609724
On Mon 2013/05/20 my phone was still not working logged a call with MTN REQ:2161897 .
I received a phone call from a technician. He told me I have to change my sim card to 3G sim card.
I am now form MTN store in Woodmead to do sim swap ; I was told they don't have sim card I must buy sim card at Pick n Pay. I told them I need 3G sim card as the technician suggested. I was told 3G sim card are only for people who are on contract. I feel very disappointed with this interaction
