I was due for an upgrade on my contract I went to Mtn mobile solutions and they told me i can upgrade my contract in December 2012 7 days passed and i heard nothing from them wen i got there they told me i can only upgrade in January 2013 so I went back January and they lost all my forms filled in the forms for the second time they told me they would call me so i left my number a week has passed and heard nothing from them when i got there they told me they lost my number and they could not call me and that my contract was not finalized the lady told me i must left my number 5days passed again heard nothing from them when i got there they told me they could not contact me because they lost my number again their unprofessional to say the least my contract is still not finalized yet.
