Threats to suspend account

Please be advised that I am sick and tired of receiving threats from Altech Auto Page to suspend my account due to the fact that I do not pay my account by the date they want me to and have accepted this fact for years but now start threatening me with suspension and re connection fees. I have been a good payer and loyal client for more than 10 years now and have never ever missed a payment. I requested credit department to make a note that I accepted another position and now get paid between 20 and 25 of each month. Previously it was on the 15th. Sadly to say, I still get threats for the past 8 months.
