I hate 8ta!! Cannot deliver on their service

I logged a complaint last week because i have no assistance with my query 5981980. They called me the next day at work and asked if i was by my PC. I asked to please call after work so they can assist me when I am at my PC. I gave my cell number, the agent read it back and they never called. They next morning they called dictating an incorrect number. This was their original claim when they said they attempted to call me 7 times although they only called once at work. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO GIVE ONE CELL NUMBER! I gave my number yet again and asked for confirmation. I am STILL waiting for this stupid call to assist me after work. This is what I want, I WANT someone to assist me after 6pm to SOLVE this problem or i am going straight to legal wise because you are breaching your service agreement with me. I HAVE SERVICE! PLEASE just let me cancel this useless contract or HELP ME! My mobile number has been in EVERY hello peter report! STOP GETTING IT WRONG!! its a blatant excuse because 8ta clearly does not know how to fix the problem judging by similar reports of other clients. I AM FED UP!! I got this for online gaming which i was spun, its completely useless
