Cell C
Phone has no sound coming in / out now!! useless

Well Cell C i was prepared to keep the scrap Lumia phone as atleast i could still make calls from it (after it was "repaired for 2 months" came back worse though go figure) BUT now no calls can be made or received from yesterday, it'll ring the person on the other end will answer but unable to hear me nor can i hear them! so it has ran out even of that usage, so please tell me should i continue paying for this, i'm very tempted not to mind you! and i'm still left with atleast 10 months on this network so R241 X10 monthly really for free to cell c when i can't even use the minute anymore??? i'm really not getting my moneys' worth here and its really unfair after so many years being a loyal cell c client don't you think?
