1stly I have 4 numbers with your network to show how much of a loyal customer I am. I am happy with everything until I have an issue that forces me to call your call centers. This is an experience I dread. Having worked as a client service manager for one of the leading banks in this country, I would say some of your consultants service is beyond appalling. I have complained about this before and nothing seems to change. This is more evident when calling the center in KZN I believe. Consultants speak over me as the client. They just to placing me on hold while I am still talking. I have complained endlessly about high hold times. Today I called to enquire about my phone which I booked in for repairs and one consultant put me on hold for 24min after failing to transfer me to repairs department, refusing to give me their direct line and also refusing to call a supervisor to the phone. I called using my other line while on hold, I spoke to a very helpful lady who resolved my query in less than a minute without having to call repairs to track where my phone was. You have a great network and are cheap compared to others but you need to fix your call centers.
