Illing on the cancelled number and put me on ITC

I wrote a report on the 11 January 2013 about Virgin Mobile that they have bill me on the cancelled number and put me on ITC, Tshireletso try to call me on the following day, she couldnt get hold of me, how ever on the 14 of January 2013 i responded to the email that she send me, i said she can call me now i am available on 0789461619. her email stated that;

"Thank you for bring your concerns to our attention.

Kindly be informed that my attempts to contact you today on 0789461619 and 0732101662 were not successful.

Please be advised that I will follow up with our Collections Department and provide you with feedback on Monday the 14th of January 2013.

to date i havent recieve the feedback that was promiced in the email. please Tshireletso give me a positeve feedback today. i want my name removed on the ITC. this matter has been dragging from 2011 and is giving me a dad credit record and is stressing me so badly.
