I have logged complaints with Cell C customer care and have even contacted Thabelo in the CEO's office. The network in Grahamstown is completely and utterly disgusting and they informed me that they would be upgrading the tower. They informed of this on 6 April. Heard nothing asking them to please inform me of when it would happen. Called and spoke to Saish on 29 April and he cut me off and he had my number but never returned the call after being cut off. I spoke to Thabelo at the CEO's office and informed him that he needs to take ownership of the complaint as the original complaint I logged happened on 6 February and have still not had resolve. Thabelo has not contacted me since. I have called the call centre more than 15 times since 6 February but Cell C gives me the impression that they just really don't care about one small customer. It's disgusting to see such a reputable (or so it seemed) company treating it's clients in this way.
