Total ignorance and lack of Client interest

A complaint was lodged by me last week regarding my inability to send sms since the 21/02/13. Cell C responded very quickly to notify that a certain Sipho would contact me soon. Yes he did contact me and told me that my message centre number was incorrect and that I should change it to 27841000000, then my problem would be solved. However, I checked the setting and found it to be correct. Sipho was going to contact me on Friday morning to verify if it was working, he did not nor has anybody else. My problem remains the same. Some by the name of Tshudi Mamabolo sent an email on the 15/05/13 from network support also sugesting my settings are wrong, I responded back to the person stating that my setting were correct and I NOW HAD A GUTS FULL OF THEIR ATTITUDE!!! I am losing all my sms since Feb 2013 at the rate of 100 per month.
