Is Autopage cheating us???

It seems like Autopage replies/comments is automatically generated. Nothing seems to get done, now I have a letter of final demand, even after doing there work for them and proving my charges according to the usage on the invoice. This is unbelievable. This is breach of contract and they not playing there part. All i would like, apart from whatever I have been charged previously and whatever they say I owe, to call it quits. I'm not paying them a cent more...
