Wrong display on account

After I have upgraded my contract and with the first account I received the name Jeraline Carlos da Costa appeared on my account - next to my cell number. I phoned customer care but could not hang on for another 20 minutes that I have already waited for assistance. I then emailed my complaint. I received an email claiming that the info on my account has been updated with ref nr: Re 2103000430. Yet as I received my statements from Cell C nothing has chenged and the wrong name still appears on my account - Jeraline Carlos da Costa. I must say the customer care section of the company is really shocking - you wait for hours and hours to get hold of any one, that's now after you have listened to half an hour of options and menus!!!
