Why I may switch my mobile SP

I've been a loyal customer of MTN for years but there've been an increasing number of incidents which have left me dissatisfied. One is that I took out an additional contract for another phone. Prior to this I was paying on average R550 p/month in respect of call & data charges. The new contract wasn't substantially more so I expected to be billed on average for max R1200 p/month for both. The charges have now been averaging ZAR 2, 500. This is was more than anticipated & when queried on their call centre detailed info could not be provided. Do yourself a favour & read the latest news on MTN-they've lost the most subscribers compared to the other 2 big networks & have agreements in place which allow 3rd party service charges without your knowledge. Check out this one article in particular: [URL Removed] I quote, " MTN did not respond to requests for information on possible unauthorised billing which takes place on its network." Transparent much? As they lose more customers they will surely have to sit up at some point & realise the value of honesty in business and good customer service :)
