MTN (YELLO... YELLO... ANYBODY OUT THERE?)

For the last 3 days we have experienced exceptionally slow internet connectivity on the MTN Backbone and in certain cases, no connectivity at all. Our numerous attempts in contacting 1555 and 808 for Technical/Troubleshooting Support our efforts and time has been in vain as there is very poor voice quality in communicating with them which is then complimented by inadequate, arrogant call centre agents. In summary, we are now subscribing and paying a handsome amount of money to MTN for a service that does not work and is not supported adequately. The sad thing is we have committed to a total of 6 paid subscribed services with MTN and are now at the mercy of their stupidity. When an MTN Service Representative who can actually comprehend the complaint/enquiry we have tried to communicate to MTN and has the ability to actually provide proficient service, please can MTN contact us and assist us in having the query formalised. Furthermore, maybe they can make an advert about this using the slogan 'MTN... No Where You Go... Nowhere to be Found'.
