Still no resolution. Escalation is required, or a refund and compensation.

I continue to have endless connectivity and speed problems, eg. Have tried several different locations, and the connectivity is on rare occasions, available, and mostly not, or very slow.

Please resolve ASAP. I have lots of data available (dopnt know how much, as I mostly cannot access the Internet, and it's not on the system anyway!!!
Your very slow call centre ("you are now 53rd in line") has the info, but I cannot get through. Even your staff confides that there are connectivity and speed issues (your adverts re high speed are quite amusing!)
