It is with regret that i have to do this complaint after being a MTN client for the last 3 years spending an average of R12000.00 a year with them. At the moment my account is one day overdue, i called them to assit me but they refuse to assist me saying its an every month problem, which is correct but it always goes 5 days overdue not 30 days or 60 days.
