On 11.05.2013 I went to the store to apply for a contract phone. Tumi Mavuso assited me and told me he'll give me a call by tuesday the latest to tell me if I have been approved or not. On 16.05.2013 I went to the store again and had to stand in a very long que, just to ask a simple question. The staff there, do not have a sense of urgency and seem not to be bothered about their customers, as they easliy engage with one another in their native languages while we stand in line (which represents extreme unprofessionalism). I was assisted by someone else who told me that my application has been approved, but they had no stock.they said stock should be expected by 17.05.2013.he promised me that Tumi would call before the end of the weekend of 19.05.2013.It is 21.05.2013, and still no communication has been received from them. I have tried on countless occasions to call their store, to no avail. I cannot understand such bad service, and i want to cancel my application. I would rather go to a different service provider, who will put my needs as a customer first. I've been a loyal Mtn client for years, and never have i experience such horrible client service.
