MTN refuses to replace faulty Sim card

With regard to Nomonde's response to my complaint dated 6 May 2013, I understand the difference between the SIM cards required for various handsets. However, my complaint is not related to the data. The problem is that I have a 3G SIM card in a Samsung Galaxy S2 and I can only make telephone calls and receive SMSs. I have no data functionality whatsoever. It is important for MTN to note that the SIM card has been giving problems from the very beginning. In other words, I was supplied with a faulty SIM card. A SIM swap at my expense, is totally and utterly unacceptable. I therefore require MTN to replace it at their cost.
