Ridiculous cost to replace card

Durig the December holidays my wallet, containing my Virgin Active Club Card, got. I went to Virgin Active in the Parkview Shopping Centre today to replace my card. I was really shocked when I was told that a new card would cost me R60!!

R60 for a small plastic card is ridiculous. I understand that you cannot just hand out cards for free, but you really exploit your customers by charging so much to replace a card. I am rather disgusted.
