No replacement for faulty device

Telecommunications

On 24 Dec 2012, we bought three (3) gadgets (Samsung - Galaxy Tab2 10.1 32GB) for R20, 435.95 (cash) at R6, 810.65 each. Invoice no: 430521

When we wanted to use one of the gadgets at home it could not connect, giving out a message that said "Insert Sim-card", despite the fact that there was already a Sim-card in the gadget. On the 3rd of Jan 2013, we returned the gadget to your store. It was tested by transferring the Sim-card from the problematic tab into one of the new Tab and found that the Sim-card was able to connect a new Tab. The manager was called, conducted more tests and the conclusion was that our Tab was faulty.

The manager refused (without reasons) to replace the faulty Tab and insisted that the gadget must be taken to the workshop (takes min. 14 days)!

When buying the Tabs, we were also told to buy micro Sim-cards (which we bought next door at Cell-C next - over R400 for 3) and it turned out that we only needed normal Sim-cards, which we also bought.

We want our money back or a brand new device within 48 hours!

We also want our money for the micro Sim-cards as YOU told us to buy the wrong stuff! We will give you the micro Sim-cards and the slips thereof!!!
