My adsl went down 3 days ago and no response

Fault 1CWK180513 reported on Friday night. Got SMS to confirm fault was reported. I've had no Internet and no response for 3 days now. I have called twice but my fault has not even been assigned to somebody yet. Not acceptable. Will Telkom pay my 3G while I can use their service. Don't think so. Please respond now.
