Our Telkom ADSL has not been working and was reported on 17 April 2013. To date we have had no response from Telkom regarding the fault. When we try to log the fault on the Telkom website, the following appears: The service is already part of a network outage. Reference : 72131 Date Reported : 4/17/13 3:58 PM. I work from home quite often and it is becoming increasingly frustrating to not have e-mail or internet access. Pathetic service from Telkom.
