Hello Peter - Afrihost

I got a nasty surprise this morning when I found the internet down AGAIN. Wow! This really shook me since I work from home. I recently cancelled my 3G contract with MTN since I thought i have reliable internet and everything was cool. I am now using my cellphone and I am going to a nearby internet cafe for the rest of the day. And don't blame Telkom for all your woes, I already phoned them. They were here and they said everything was fine. If this is the way you do business, count me out. I would love to here what you have to say for yourself this time around. Call centre obviously doesn't work. Who is this Afrihost and what have they done with my internet? The account is in my partner's name: Maryke Kennard.
