I'll Get Back to you -NOT

I have tried phoning 083 212 1887 spoken to a gentleman and two ladies, the gentleman promised to get back to me (I'm still waiting) the first lady was unable to help and referred me to 808. the second lady tried was unable and refered me to 083 869 6637.

So I phone again through to 808 speak to a gentleman who promises to call me back in ten minutes, this was early this morning I'm still waiting (he works in cancellations)

I try the other number that I was referred to 083 869 6637, speak to a gentleman who tells me I have to phone 808 I tell him I have tried that and was unable to get assistance, so he gives the phone to another gentleman who tells me that he would have to phone that number to get the information so I must, when I say that this is not acceptable and ask for his name and the direct number for the MD of MTN he puts the phone down.
