Telephone on contract returned to stock

On 15th December 2012, I accepted their offer of an upgrade and was told the phone was out of stock. They would advise me when it was available. I phoned on 4th january 2013 to enquire what was happening. I was told they would phone back. I phoned on 14th January 2013 and was told the phone was at Midrand. I said to them I would fetch it which I tried to do today 15th January 2013. I traveled there today, signed in at 13:30 and was told that the phone had been returned to stock!
No contact since upgrading but I am billed for a month during which I have no phone.
