I upgraded on the 16th of April. My new bundle is R200 airtime, 200 smse, 200 MB and 30 min Mtn to Mtn phone calls from my previous old bundle of R200 airtime and 25 sme. As up to to date, after a visit to the Mtn outlet where the guy click click on his computer and promised me it will be done after 48 hours!!! numerous emails (I already received 2 query numbers REQ:2139469 and #6568940) and a phone call the account still shows the old bundle. I am so fed up by now. And if ever it will be rectified, I wonder if I will be refund for the unused bundle of the previous month?
