Billed on airtime and not on bundle

Everytime I send one sms to a bunch of numbers I get billed on my airtime and not on my sms bundle.
This is unacceptable because I have a sms bundle of over 800 sms's but now I lost almost R60 of airtime because it was not deducted from the bundle. I hope this gets rectified.
