VERY BAD SERVICE WITH POOR EXCUSES

We in the Northern Cape Area In Vioolsdrif, Kotzeshoop have been complaining and reporting to Vodacom about the faulty repeating tours that we have there. Every time I must call and tell them and then they only make excuses for the problem and just can't fix the problem for the past 3 YEARS! And then they aspect from us to pay the service that we cant even use all the time? We cannot send a sms with more than 144 letters otherwise it won't go through and we pay for that unsend sms. We cannot always send a MMS becoz it doesn't go through but we must pay for the UNSEND mms? Our Internet signal is almost 24/7 faulty and again we must pay for it the moment it is connected but cant load any data? There also has been a couple of times what the WHOLE area's signal was dead for almost a week and there the tourist campsites needs it EVERYDAY like we farmers also do. And even in Cape Town we have poor signals and service from Vodacom in the Durbanville area, and then Vodacom cant even fix that for us? We only made ONE call to MTN and they have came out to service FOR FREE!!! Why cant Vodacom please stop the excuses and please fix?
