Bad service and no response

In the December holidays we went to upgrade two cellphones. Tyrone who helped us talked us into getting the Samsung S4 mini but they had no stock and said we had to wait until January and said he will phone us when they have stock but he never phoned. I went in during this week to hear if they had stock and he said he would phone us but never did. We phoned two days later and never got a response and we went in today. Another lady helped us and said there is stock at their branch in Midrand but she cant give it to us for the December prices. We were there in December and was told their was no stock and we would get the phones for the same. We phoned head office and explained the entire story and held on for 30 min, the consultant came back? Now cant hear me and puts the phone down. My phone is broken and was sent in for repairs and I will only get it back in a months time. I'm currently paying for a phone that I don't have. Lets see if Nashua Mobile actually cares and the manager return my call. I spend currently R 650 a month and this would have increased to R 850 a month. If I get no response I will gladly take my business somewhere else.
