After the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S4 in South Africa I received an SMS from Cell C in the last week of April 2013 informing me that if I pre-ordered an S4 I would receive R1000, 00 accessories with the phone.
I went online to Cell C & placed an order as my contract with them was due to expire 15 May. I was informed that I would be contacted by Cell C regarding the order.
On 6th May I sent an SMS to Cell C (08414329) requesting confirmation of my application for the S4 as i had not heard from them.
A week or so later I again logged into their website & sent a message informing them that I was off as I had still not received any response & in fact challenged the CEO about the lack of service. I stated that i would contact HelloPeter.com should I not hear from them.
Needless to say I have still not had any response.
