MTN (Wenzile) acknowledging my mail, does not resolve the problem.

Until now, another 20 days later NO ONE has contacted me YET, this after you and the Tyger Valley store took note of my unhappiness, is this how you value your customers?

Back to the point: If the battery is not included under the normal warranty conditions, YOU should have pointed this out, otherwise you are misleading the customers. This also does not explain why the same breakage occurred twice!

Then the other important fact is that you are conveniently ignoring, is the tardiness of the MTN staff!
This is resulting in the tablet to be in the YOUR workshop for more than 3 months already!
This is unacceptable!

I want to be reimbursed for the monies paid - I do not have the use of the Tablet, even better, cancel the contract, because I have lost trust in MTN.

In the week-ends Burger a client had a similar experience with Vodacom, but the outcome was totally different - it let one think, doesn't it?

Believe you me, my next letter will be to Kampvegter, I am not leaving this until you resolve this problem in a satisfactory manner.
