I have a 2gig 2g night-owl contract. When i accepted the contract the lady at the store (after I asked) said that I wont be billed more than what the contract is. On 04/08/2013 I ran an update. It went over my data I had left and went on to just over 4gig. I normally pay R149.00 p/m. Now its just more than R 2 500.00. The manager (at one of the Vodacom stores int Tyger Valley Mall tel: 021 9142910, where I took out the contract) said I signed for this contract so I must pay it. I was told the day that i accepted the contract that this would not happen! This is bad customer service. Even the Manager, Anien, picked up the phone just answering "yes". One of the other managers at another store in Tyger Valley said "but that girl doesn't work here anymore" - I didn't even give a name or any of my contract details to him yet! I would like this to be sorted out asap as it is totally unacceptable! It feels like I have been cheated!
