Unacceptable customer service

I bought a Galaxy tablet from MTN in June 2013. IMEI nr. 359262041577548.
After little use (this can be referenced on the data usage) the tablet stop working.
I took it in, to be informed after quite an extensive while that the battery is the problem and I have to pay for it, because it is not covered by the warranty. I personally think this is misleading and I give you my word, at NO TIME, this was EVER pointed out to me at the point of sale.
I (unfairly) paid for it and then the waiting started. After a total period of two months and 7 follow-ups, I finally got it back. It then broke again after three days, once again I took it back, it is now two months later with no feedback from MTN yet. I am fed-up to be treated like this.
For four months now the Galaxy is with MNT, I called the repair shop, they claim it was never send to them? I am forfeiting my data and still I have to pay R700 per month. MTN does not deserve me as a client, I want to be reimbursed and my contact cancelled. NO ONE, store manager Tygervalley included even made a call to me yet? I expect someone to take charge of this and to sort it out, stop passing the buck.
