Consultant had very bad manners

a lady from vodcom called me this afternoon, she was very rude and uncontrollable, she wouldnt let me speak and her level of service stinks. i am very disappointed at the standard of training vodacom gives their staff. you never talk to clients like that, even if they are wrong. her tone was very appauling and she kept talking over what i was saying . please address this issue.
