Very Disappointed but what did expect

I wish I could say never in my life have I experienced this level of poor service from Vodacom but that would be an absolute lie. Poor service rather seems to be the standard that vodacom has settled for.
Last Monday night I contacted the call centre to ask about a specific problem, Low and behold the consultant was rude and hostile and put the phone down in my ear. I called back to lodge a service complaint, Today a week later nothing. I phoned to ask why I was being charged an upgrade fee when upgrading through the internet, no one could tell me. Asked why I have heard nothing about my original complaint from a week ago, they could not find it. Please tell me why I should stay with Vodacom?
