STAY AWAY FROM CELL C - ALL MY FRIENDS WILL!

Hubby entered into a contract with Cell C and received my phone on 03/01/13 it gave me problems and on 26/01/13 i returned the phone and waited about two weeks for it to be returned. Two weeks later i had problems AGAIN and on 23/02/13 i went back and the phone was sent for repairs even after motivation for a new phone was made by Jackson. I have since been called and asked for an IME number as my phone could not be "traced" I have made futile attempts to get my phone back - It is more than a month and i am still waiting for my phone. Jackson and Carl at Canal Walk are kind souls, however they cannot give me answers because they have to wait for the POWERS THAT BE to get back to them first! Spoke to Carl and Jackson today and was told i have to wait ANOTHER TWO WEEKS for my phone!? While i appreciate their assistance i am DISGUSTED by CELL C! Customer service my FOOT! I cannot believe i am being treated this way! I am unable to contact people with the loan phone i have as they do not receive my messages and calls do not always come through either! Breach of Contract is what it is and i will NOT allow Cell C to treat me this way. I am PAYING you - the service is not free!!!
