Paying for a phone that I dont have & bad service

I ordered a Blackberry through FNB Deals, had it one week then it wasnt working. Called and they said take it to Cell C for repair; it came back after 3 weeks fixed. Then after 2 weeks same issue and again went away for repairs. When it was sent back they swopped out with a new Blackberry.

I then advised i do not want the Blackberry again and requested a new phone, the Samsung S4. I was told it would be possible and they would need to get the old phone creditted by Cell C. I never collected the swopped out phone as i was told Cell C would do so.

I have still been paying instalments with insurance and to date, after a month, i am still without a phone! I now got told last week the matter was with legal?! I call and follow up and no one gets back to me. i get told i will get a response and no one calls or emails.

This is just seriously pathetic service and i am still paying for something i do not even have!

I hope someone gets back to me through Hello Peter hopefully and i get my new phone as well.
