Rude Call Center Agent from Edcon

I called Edcon becuase we have isurance with them for 4 cellphones and they cancelled the insurance without our knowledge. I am now seeking statments from them so i can establish when they stopped deducting the premuims. i have beem waiting for these statments for 5 days with no joy. an Agent called Wandile Tshabangu promised to have them sent to my email by Wednesday the 9th of Jan, i called on the 10th and he was said to be on lunch by and agent called Lucky who made me hold 7 minutes to tell me this. then, today the 11th i spke to Matshidiso, a Rude agent with no sence of customer service, who i repeated everything i said to her and still she did not hear, she then went on to tell me im demanding, which is well in my rights as i have asked for these statements from the 7th. Matshidiso then hung up on me without assisting, which is her job. that is the rudest customer representative agent i have ever dealt with. 12:30 Friday 11th January. Linda Hloshane
