User electronics accepted a damaged Samsung device that was not charging and is still under warranty about a month ago. I was informed that Samsung delivers its hardware for repairs in 14days. I waited for 14 days before following up. On 08/03/2013 I was told that Samsung has not delivered the hardware. On 18/03/2013 I was told that the Samsung delivered the hardware and a Technician will contact me within 24 hours to tell me that my device was ready. Until today no communication has been sent to me to update me on when my device will be ready for collection.
