I was mislead and now being avoided

I recently got a warranty plan for my car with Liquid Capital. I was told that the plan covers any mechanical or electrical failure. about a week ago, I suffered a breakdown - my car wouldn't start. I had it towed and submitted my claim. I was then informed that my claim cannot be covered in full because my policy does not cover everything.

I requested my recordings from the Sales Department and the Sales Agent clearly states what I am covered for. I have escalated the matter to the Manager, Brandon van der Ross and included the recordings for him to advise me on why my claim is not being processed. I have left two messages, and sent two emails and have had no response to acknowledge my request for assistance.

I am getting flack from the service centre where my car is parked and no one seems interested to help me. I have been sent back and forth between Claims and Sales each one saying the other needs to advise on a way forward.

I feel I was mislead in the sale of the policy. I have not received my policy documents yet and continue to be inconvenienced by a lack of interest from the Insurer to resolve this matter or get back to me and need someone to get back to me urgently
