I just called edgars now and they are so confused.

I had a dispute of account protection plan, family provider plan and cellphone insurance. the agent that I spoke to says there is no complete notes for the call on the 16/05/2013.

The agent on the 16/05/2013 told me
-account protection plan was taken when the account was opened, (if that's the case then it must have been me, Ok)
- Family provide plan was taken during 11/2011 and will send me a recording where I agreed to family provider plan (I'm still waiting for the recordings)
-she said the cellphone insurance has been sent out for reversal (I'm ok with that but when will it be done?).

The agent today (04/06/2013) says she only see the notes that says: I agreed to family provider plan according to the recording.

I hereby request recording where I agreed to family provider plan and recording of the call on the 16/05/2013.
