As I'm typing this someone might be abusing my contract number because the call centre lady just told me my number is working even though my sim card is blocked. Then told me to switch my phone off before taking out my battery, which I also did but nothing changed. Again I was told I had an extra contract which was opened on 14 May 2013 which I didn't know about. R211 or so is already being deducted from my account already. She told me she blocked the line I should call tomorrow at 8am. Not to mention my original sim is also not working at the moment but the sim is working. I called again and the guy on the phone started asking me about number on the back of my sim which I didn't have since I had to borrow a phone from some stranger using Vodacom on the street at night, in all that darkness. Frustrated like. After the lengthy argument over sim number he told me he blocked the outgoing calls before dropping the phone. I'm so angry, confused, stressed right now. This is the worst contract experience ever. Your consultants are the most insensitive buncg ever. I'm not even sure if those accounts where even frozen to begin with. The worst problem handling ever.
