ONCE AGAIN: no reply to e-mails

Dear Cell C

Please don't give your customers the option to submit their queries via e-mail or SMS instead of holding for a call center operator because no-one replies.

My first e-mail request was on 8 March. My second follow up request was on 29 March. It is now 17 MAY and I haven't received a reply.

I work 7 days a week and I can't make personal calls at work, neither can I answer my phone. When I get home, the department I need to talk to isn't available because its too late. What arrangements have you made for these situations? None. No provisions have been made.

I have made the due effort to contact you, and I am glad I have records of this (both personal and public) in the case where this matter gets taken further.

I am disappointed by Cell C yet again, unfortunately I am quite used to it. And please don't bother phoning me because as I stated above, I cannot take personal calls at work.
