3 days later - sim card still not activated

My phone was. I had to do a sim swop. I did a sim swop at cna, paid the R35 and e-mailed the proof of payment through to x2 different people. It is now 3 days later and my sim card is still not activated. I travel a lot and have kids, and a uselless cell phone which I am paying for a contract and i cannot phone. I need to use my phone. This is bad service. Cannot even get through to the call centrel
