My iPhone got & decided to insert the sim on iPad which I hardly ever use as I have a 3G card. I have not used the sim card to make calls in months. This month my bill came up to R880 and last month I paid well over R1000 for a cellphone account. I called customer care and was told it's because I have subscriptions which I know nothing about. The call centre service is, I was transfered to another area to have these subscriptions cancelled & was kept on hold till I hung up. MTN is useless. I'm paying for subscriptions on an iPad I used to access emails which I don't even know how they came about just because I hardly use the sim card for anything, they are extorting money from me through other means. I want my money refunded from these scheming service provider & will not consider using MTN in the future!
