Receiving threats for an account i wanted closed!

In 2009 i fully paid an overdraft account i had with nedbank, and requested for them to close the account. I went to the springs branch and spoke to the manager, who i cannot remember the name of but remember that she was an indian lady, regarding the matter and she assured me it would be resolved. I also had a property bond, as well as a personal loan, which i also settled and it was closed. the overdraft was never closed. I have been receiving threats from the bank recently. I also went and spoke to Sabie at the Parow Centre and the manager of the branch Mr Theko Mafulako. After going in and personally speaking to these people and being assured all is sorted out I am still receiving threats from the Nedbank financial department. I again went in and spoke to Leana Watson who said she would give Sabie and Theko Mafulako the message to put these threats to a stop and phone me back. still nothing has been done.
